On The Street

L.E.A.D. is proud to announce the official launching of its ON THE STREET Officer Certification Program. The training is designed to certify all Law Enforcement Officers in detailed curricula that addresses the Missions of L.E.A.D. The curricula will be presented in (4) four modules to address Drug Abuse, Drug Related Crimes, Bullying and Violence while Promoting Law Enforcement Services.

The L.E.A.D Organization recognizes that in order to serve Law Enforcement Agencies, we need to ensure all officers are given the tools to address this growing social problem. The ON THE STREET Program is a nice enhancement to our IN THE CLASSROOM Program. Agencies that are not participating in our IN THE CLASSROOM component are encouraged to participate in our ON THE STREET Program to see firsthand the resources and services that we have developed for L.E.A.D. Agencies. Participation in our ON THE STREET Program does not require participation in our IN THE CLASSROOM Services. However, having the only tested and proven effective K-12 school based curricula is another great service for future consideration.

The ON THE STREET Program is cost effective and easy to obtain. The course is available at www.leadrugs.org or we are scheduling On Site Trainings on demand. If you wish to host an agency training On Site, we require a minimum of 25 participants.

We are providing available supporter static stickers that can be placed on and off easily. Our Development Specialist will be selling them throughout the state of New Jersey for $5.00 and allocate $1.00 of every sticker sale sold, to that local community. We will ensure that a portion of the proceeds gets allocated for local L.E.A.D. activities.

If a local L.E.A.D. Chapter wants to use it for a local fundraiser, we ask that the sticker also be sold for $5.00.

However, the sticker will also be on sale for $5.00 through our Merchandise Company for you to distribute to supporters in your community.

We have two vendors which we utilize for our recycling program. Any Officer who assists in securing a location for the placement of a clothing recycling container will receive a special credit to their allocated account.
