Open to any Officer never trained in a drug and violence prevention program and who has never been in a classroom teaching.  Successful completion certifies the Officer as a L.E.A.D. Instructor in the K-12 Too Good for Drugs and the K-12 Too Good for Violence-Social Perspectives Curricula and certifies them as a member of the L.E.A.D. Family.
